How long have you been running?
Forest Edge Electrical has been established in 2020, although our team have been working in the industry for over 20 years.
How quick can you come?
Each job is different so it depends. We normally try to arrange a suitable time that suits you. In emergencies we will attend at the earliest available opportunity.
What size jobs do you undertake?
We will advise and work on any size job. Our team is here to help you and doesn’t limit to certain size jobs.
Are you trained and Insured?
Yes our team have the relevant qualifications, training and expertise for all of our services.
Do you offer Free quotes/estimates?
In most cases, yes we will offer a free quote or estimate. This can be over the phone, in writing or in person. We must arrange an appointment in we need to attend your site, home or work. Fault finding will require some time to investigate so we will charge for our time to do this and cannot offer a quote within investigation.
How can I pay?
Our prices are based on time, parts and on a job-by-job basis. Once this has been agreed we can discuss payment. The majority of our work is paid on completion via bank transfer. We will send you an invoice to settle. We also accept cheques, cash or can accept Paypal.
